121 Football Coaching in Glasgow

Over the years we have noticed trends in what parents of young players would like us to work on during their 1 on 1 training sessions:

We are most regularly asked about improving a player’s confidence levels and as a result have developed techniques for our coaches to follow during their coaching sessions to focus on this.

 

The feedback received from parents has been extremely positive. We have received messages of increased confidence levels, not only in footballing ability but also across other aspects of life. This is something we take great pride in.

How We Coach

We encourage players and parents to let our coaches know of any areas that they’re looking to improve. How we coach will therefore vary by player as each session is tailored to the player’s individual goals.

 

However, if you want your coach to lead the way they will be able to deliver a more general initial session to gauge the player’s ability, strengths and weaknesses and develop sessions based on these observations.

121 Sports Coaching is the largest provider of weekly private football training sessions in the country.

 

The majority of our coaches are current or former professional footballers. This allows us to deliver high quality and fast paced training sessions that are unique and challenge each individual that trains with us. Our individual football lessons are personalised and targeted towards improving all aspects of a player’s skills and techniques.

 

Our 121 sessions will improve:

 

  • Confidence levels through constructive and positive feedback
  • General fitness levels, stamina, strength, speed and agility
  • Technical football skills such as shooting, dribbling, passing and control


By combining our coaches’ playing experience with their experience as a 121 coach, they can focus on improving a player’s ability in ways that will directly affect their performances in matches.

Block Booking

Book and Pay for a block of 4, 6 or 12. Secured time-slot of your choice each week. Where possible you will work with the same coach each week to build a relationship and better development over time. Nutritional Advice available on request. Advice on what to be working on between sessions.

Casual Booking

Choose a day and time that’s suits you from the availability of the coaches at your local venue. Try out the 121 coaching sessions before committing to a weekly Block Booking. Drop in less regularly that a block of weekly sessions, depending on your personal needs.
